We have decided to sell our authentic mid century Japanese teak folding screen. We used this as a backdrop for our home office but no longer need it with an upcoming renovation. Would like it to go to a loving home. The screen was bought from the original owner and came from Japan when served there in the military.

This screen has a total of 6 panels which is quite rare! Most are 4 or 5 panels. It is in excellent vintage condition. All of the wood pieces are in tact, zero damage. The hinges and hardware are original and work perfectly. There is no warping or damage, and the screen stands level and solidly. I’m not sure if this is teak or walnut. The pattern is absolutely beautiful.

Each panel is 16”W per panel x 72.5” H
