We have a large sectional that’s been gently used and in good shape that we need to sell. It was $6,000 new, but that was several years ago. It’s been in our finished basement and doesn’t get used daily. The fabric is very durable but soft, the kind of couch that’s great for kids and pets. We have a dog although she’s not on it much.

It’s heavy and will require two strong people to move as well as a truck or large van. It breaks into four pieces- the chaise with an arm, two seater armless, corner, and three seater single arm. You must be able to move it without help. There is a door to the outside right next to the couch and a few steps to get up to the ground level.

Measurements are 144” x 104” x 67” to the end of the chaise.
