This is part of an estate sale, this family member has moved into a assisted living and had to downsize, that is why the furniture pictured is at my shop in storage. I have a trailer load of furniture I will be posting this week. I am not done taking pictures and measurements so I will put a list at the button of the other items I have and will be going for sale. It will all be posted by this weekend (Sunday if not sooner). This furniture is not at my house, I live in Bristow my shop is in Bealeton (near RT 17 & RT 28) so I need ample notice to show it’s a half hour for me to meet you there. Please do not show up with a little car, please bring a large enough vehicle to haul it away, mini van, full size van, pick up truck or a enclosed or utility trailer would be best. Please bring surfactant moving blankets and tie down straps I can help load it up.

Bedroom furniture set. Mix of solid woods, plywood and wood real wood veneer bedroom furniture. Color is dark wood, maybe dark cherry??? Traditional style. Queen sleigh bed, headboard, footboard, side rails, cross support boards (No mattress or box spring) Tall large 8 drawer dresser with matching mirror, 1 night stand. A few light scratches on tops of the dresser and is front, some light scratches on the headboard & footboard, nightstand has the most damage, top also has scratches but has some bad arrears in front, all of this can be touched up with a furniture touch up kit, I don’t have one. Overall in good condition except the nightstand. (will not separate) $650.00 takes all.
Full size 3 cushion sofa & 1 cushion matching chair. Color is cream. No rips or tears that you can see but one of the cushions when pulled out zipper has a small rip but does not affect the function or the look. Fully steam cleaned and ready to go. $250.00
Mission style kitchen cart / table. Could be used as extra counter space or microwave cart. Solid wood. I am not sure the type of wood but the color looks like medium oak??? It is referable, mean the draw and door open from both sides. It is not on wheels. $125.00
