This is part of an estate sale, this family member has moved into a assisted living and had to downsize, that is why the furniture pictured is at my shop in storage. I have a trailer load of furniture. For the bigger items please do not show up with a little car, please bring a large enough vehicle to haul it away, mini van, full size van, pick up truck or a enclosed or utility trailer would be best. Please bring surfactant moving blankets and tie down straps I can help load it up. Furniture has been relocated to my house in Bristow, its in the garage for easy load-up

Solid oak kitchen table & 4 matching chairs. Finish on the table is half way decent but not perfect. Finish on the chairs is not that great, clear coat is getting thin in places. This can be uses as is if your not picky, or for the person that likes to sand & finish wood furniture it’s a great project piece. This could also be painted any color you want. Table is 3 foot 6 inches round, standard table height $350.00
Full size 3 cushion sofa & 1 cushion matching chair. Color is cream / tan. No rips or tears that you can see but one of the cushions when pulled out zipper has a small rip but does not affect the function or the look. $250.00
Bedroom furniture. Color is dark wood, maybe dark cherry??? Traditional style. Queen sleigh bed, headboard, footboard, side rails, cross support boards (No mattress or box spring) Tall large 9 drawer dresser with matching mirror, 1 night stand (will not separate) $500.00 takes all. A few light scratches on some of the pieces, nightstand has some bigger scrapes on the front but overall in decent condition but not perfect.
Mission style kitchen cart / table. Could be used as extra counter space or microwave cart. Solid wood. I am not sure the type of wood but the color looks like medium oak??? It is reversible, the draw and door open from both sides the same. It is not on wheels. $125.00
