Up for sale is a pair of Restoration Hardware Modena Track Arm Chaises (one Left-Arm and one Right-Arm), upholstered in Italian Basket Weave Fog. These pieces were originally purchased for $4,100 each (total $8,200) and are approximately five years old. They are in excellent structural condition and remain very comfortable.

The cushions show expected wear and tear from regular household use with both humans and dogs, comparable to what you might see with a well-maintained carpet. There are no tears or damage to the fabric, and the upholstery can be shampoo-cleaned and vacuumed for an even fresher appearance.
