J and C REID BEEF produces all natural, no hormones, pasture raised and grass fed beef for sale from our family's farm to your family's table. Unlike some grass fed beef operations who's cattle stand in muddy feed lots eating a bale of hay, our cattle graze naturally in our pastures. Additionally, we provide free choice to grain in our pastures prior to culling to the butcher which results in added marbling, tenderness and flavor. Our beef is dry aged for two weeks, which enhances the tenderness and brings out the natural flavors. Our farm is family owned and run. We care deeply about our cattle and we produce the highest quality beef, which is Sate inspected, dry aged, double wrapped or vacuum packed (your choice) at the butcher and labeled. We sell on the quarter so you can place an order for 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 or a whole side of beef. Our beef is $4.00lb on the hanging weight and you pay the butchers fee.
