American (wild) native Persimmon Seedlings grown from seed this summer recently repotted in one-gallon pots.
$10 each, cash only.
Please read: American persimmons are not self-pollinating like Asian persimmons (grown commercially for fruit) and require a male and female tree for pollination to make fruit. Not until the tree blooms (in 4th year or later) can sex of tree be determined. For fruit it is suggested to have at least two or more trees. If wildlife and pollinator habitat is the goal, a single persimmon is an attractive tree even if it doesn’t produce fruit.
