High-quality kefir grains for homemade kefir. These are healthy and grow fast! I've also heard most Milk Kefir grains are from Eastern Europe and are good, but I heard grains from Tibet are the best, they yield the most beneficial bacteria. About a tsp’s worth of milk kefir for $15, this is enough to get you started on about a cup of milk. I’ve only used grass-fed organic A2 Milk to make my kefir.
For those who don’t know, kefir is one of, if not the highest amount of probiotics you can get. Around 25-50 probiotic strains for homemade kefir. For reference, store bought will yield you maybe 10-12 at best. Yogurts itself only have a couple of strains, and much less living CFU. Making it homemade yields far more beneficial bacteria than buying it from the store. Much cheaper too, you only need milk to make kefir with these grains. You can google the difference between store bought and homemade and see it is more than worth it to make it homemade. Kefir has a lot more beneficial strains of bacteria than kimchi, yogurt, sauerkraut, pretty much anything else.
I also sell water kefir crystals as well, where you can use water, juice, or what I use is coconut water, to make kefir. This one tastes more like kombucha. I sell this for $15, or as a bundle with milk kefir, $25. Get started on a really easy process (takes 5 mins) to boost your health for life! I've never had a more healthy gut (go regularly more than ever before), radiant skin, and energy, then when I've started making kefir. If you are unsure of how to make it and want a demo in person, I can throw that in if you bring me some milk.
