💰 $16.50 – $20.50/hour, depending on experience and client care needs
✅ Qualifications:
Completion of PCA Training Program OR equivalent caregiving experience
Driver’s License & Auto Insurance (if transporting)
Professional references
TB Test and background check clearance
Friendly, dependable, and patient personality
💕 Your Role Will Include:
Personal hygiene and dressing assistance
Helping clients transfer and reposition
Monitoring changes in condition
Light cleaning, meal prep, and medication reminders
Emotional support and companionship
✅ Required Credentials:
Active PCA or CNA Certification
CPR/First Aid Certification
Government ID and Social Security Card
Recent TB Test
Background Clearance (FBI/State as required)
Auto Insurance (if applicable)
Experience with seniors, dementia, or mobility issues preferred
💕 Duties May Include:
ADLs (Bathing, Dressing, Toileting)
Feeding and fluid intake monitoring
Vitals and health status reporting
Turning and repositioning
Working alongside family or care teams
Following a care plan accurately
