Fostoria was a well known US glassmaker that sadly is no longer in business Their most popular pattern of crystal was American and which is very collectible and getting harder and harder to find

This is a rare set designed so that both the 12” plate and the low compote can be used separately or together The compote fits perfectly into the center of the plate too

Each of these two pieces is in excellent condition without any flaws that I can see

Just a stunning and versatile set
