I'm not certain but I believe this McCoy mark was issued earlier in the teens to mid to late 20s. This piece belonged to my Husband grandmother who did her own pickling, dairy and canning back in the day. I've been using it as an umbrella stand as it is quite sturdy, but I finally got my own umbrellas stand. No chips or cracks in this antique crock. It is quite heavy. So its in excellent vintage condition. I have not tried to clean the outside or inside, buyer's decision on that.
