There is so much finely molded style to these vintage ceramic guardian lions, with superb all over detailing. Their stance is fierce, with reticulated faces. They feature sharp teeth, intense eyes, and winged ears. The impressive mane has classic curly locks cascading down the sides and back. The tail is thick with a swirly point. Both are beautifully glazed with shades of green and blue over a cream color ceramic.
This striking vintage ceramic foo dog pair is in mint condition free of chips, cracks, or repairs. Both stand 3.5inches tall and are 3.5 inches wide. They are unmarked but are mid century statues.
