The dessert stand/platform is 14 3/16" height at it's highest point X 11 3/4" diameter at it's widest point. Each tier is 8" diameter. Made of steel which is possibly silver plated. The beads are made of plastic. Weighs 3 pounds 5 ounces empty. Very good condition with only some minor age discoloration. No broken or missing parts.
