We’re hiring Production Operator Helpers for a leading manufacturing company in Culpeper, VA — just 45 minutes from Manassas or Warrenton.

This is a full-time, on-site, contract-to-hire role offering consistent hours, hands-on training, and long-term growth.

💼 Position Details

Pay: $18/hour

Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Schedule: Monday–Friday (no weekends)

Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire

Location: Culpeper, VA 22701 (on-site only)

🔧 What You’ll Do

Assist machine operators with setup, tools, and materials

Monitor machines and ensure consistent product quality

Support multiple departments (Cabling, Extrusion, Armor, Wire Mill)

Follow all plant safety protocols and wear required PPE (eye, ear, safety-toe shoes)

Biggest need: Extrusion area — requires steady hands, precision, and strong attention to detail.

📋 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical experience a plus (we train)

Must be able to lift, stand, and move throughout an 8-hour shift

Reliable transportation and attendance
