We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our growing automotive shop in Tysons Corner. If you take pride in high-quality work and want consistent volume with strong pay, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Perform professional window tint installations from start to finish
Work on a mix of retail and dealership vehicles
Prep, cut, and apply film with precision and consistency
Inspect finished work to ensure top-tier quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist with other shop duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in professional window tinting
Ability to complete full installs independently
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Experience with different film types and tools
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
Vinyl wrapping
Auto detailing or other automotive customization experience
