Position: Junior Estimator / Sales Representative

What You’ll Do
● Generate new leads through door-to-door marketing, cold calling, and other outbound efforts
● Attend estimate appointments (both self-generated and company-provided)
● Conduct on-site walkthroughs with homeowners to assess their project needs
● Prepare and present quotes on-site or shortly after the appointment
● Follow up and close sales with homeowners in a professional, value-driven way
● Track weekly KPI’s (appointments set, estimates run, closing rate)
● Actively participate in sales training and team meetings
What We Expect
● Strong communication skills and confidence talking to homeowners
● Willingness to prospect daily using door-to-door, cold calling, or flyers
● Professionalism when attending and running estimates
● Coachability — open to learning, feedback, and improving
● Reliability, self-motivation, and accountability to your numbers
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationKey Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
● Self-generate at least (X) appointments per week – TBD
● Attend and participate in all weekly meetings and trainings
● Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targetsCompensation & Growth Path
Phase 1 – Training / Shadow Period (approx. 2–3 weeks):
● Commission-only structure (details provided in interview)
Phase 2 – Commission Structure (Post-Onboarding):
● Commission percentages communicated during interview
● Performance bonuses for top results
This is an entry-level sales role with no experience required — many of our top reps started here and moved up to senior estimator/sales positions with higher earnings.
