Company name is Lot Armor, a premier parking lot striping company in the VA, MD, and DC areas.
Pay is $20β25/hour. Employees will be started off at $22 / hr, and after a "prove yourself" period, will be given a raise to $25/hr should you meet qualifications. Yearly / performance bonuses are an option.
Paid training provided
Youβll work with professional striping equipment on commercial properties
Must be available as-needed, mostly nights/weekends
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Applicants must have a mode of self-transport for getting to sites.
Duties:
Assist loading / unloading trucks
Prep and clean job sites (air-blowing, some occasional sweeping)
Help with measurements/angles, layout, striping, and stenciling
Work outdoors in all conditions
Follow safety guidelines and instructions from Crew Leader
Requirements:
Must be dependable, timely, and detail-focused
Valid driverβs license preferred
Able to lift up to 75 lbs
Experience working outdoors or in trades is a plus
Must be available to work flexible hours as needed
