Responsibilities:
• Maintain a professional security presence on-site
• Monitor activity around the property and entrances
• Ensure safety of staff, guests, and property
• Observe and report any suspicious activity
• Follow established security procedures

Requirements:
• Must have a valid DC Armed Security Guard License
• Must be 21+ years old
• Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to remain alert and attentive during shifts
