You're in your late 20s/30s at this point. Do you really believe, deep down, that it is even remotely logical to give up being a HUMAN BEING for a single-digit % shot at making 'Partner'. Can you say honestly, to yourself, in a mirror, that you are doing this for the RIGHT REASONS? Is this really want you want...for the REST of your life?

NewCo. #2: Along with ongoing recruiting of our legal/development/design/engineering/build teams, we've begun drafting feasibility studies (to include/incorporate data and narrative supporting the elements, features, innovations, goals and objectives) for next-gen. senior independent-living - sustainable/affordable, in-community housing solutions, combining our preliminary concept plan for a potential dual-use, senior housing/science-focused preschool/Pre-K site plan.
Housing is increasingly unaffordable. Seniors' income will continue to deteriorate. Seniors are unemployable (as increasingly are most actual people frankly in this accelerating tech/AI revolution/gov. shutdown reality). Quality Preschool is damn sure unaffordable (and inaccessible) so Gen X/Millennials can even have a chance to build a career.
We plan to solve this particular problem by inspiring innovations in early-ed. leadership skills and better/more relevant curriculums, while training and employing resident seniors to become staff for our client families' kids. Seniors get new/clean/sustainable/modern accessible (fall prevention certified) housing with the option of offsetting expense with important/needed/gratifying/gainful employment - while walking to work! Parents get first-class, inspired-by-research-and-the-future, 'grandparent-skilled' caring & affordable loving care!

1. Https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy-plus-house, innovating/incorporating solar (passive/active), geothermal and wind/hydro system given first location's strong perennial creek in the RPA (plan is to lift water when site is producing excess energy then convert this 'stored [kinetic] energy' and resulting head pressure for gravity/hydro-gen, super-efficient water turbines such as we use on vessels we're currently developing for our ocean ship business).
4. Review and analysis of/and deep leveraging of the opportunities within Fairfax County Zoning Ordinance (the RPA even) for our intended business plan/s, along with a narrative of the potential 'political' opportunities anticipated to craft/drive strategy around 'winning the day'/secure approvals for our various plans, innovations and solutions (special exceptions/special permits/variances, etc.) - that will then address/solve some of most pressing problems facing global/national/regional/local stakeholders, while also achieving 'highest-and-best-use' of this, and our other target small-parcel infill prototype/demonstration project/development.
5. Negotiate acquisition of adjacent property/ies.
7. Lead innovation of/develop a [LEED] 'senior-housing' product for the future - 1st demonstration/prototype at Harrison Lane project. This area of work has some of our deepest level of career/professional experience and capability. We will lead the design/build/business teams here.
