Are you a self-motivated personal injury paralegal?
A small yet expanding personal injury law firm seeks an experienced personal injury paralegal. The firm is opening an office location in Northern Virginia.
New hire must be capable of handling all aspects of personal injury litigation including crafting pleadings and motions, legal research, interacting with lay and expert witnesses, propounding discovery, and negotiating liens.
This includes ERISA and Medicare lien resolution. Prior deposition and jury trial experience are required.
You must be a strong writer and extremely detailed-oriented. Suitable applicants will be able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, relish increasing responsibility, and be able to think creatively to problem-solve.
The candidate should be experienced in Virginia. Salary commensurate with experience and will include a base and performance bonus. Bonus points if you know Clio case management software.
