Well then, it happens that our busy, top ranked, two doctor periodontal office in downtown Falls Church is searching for a long-term, dedicated team member who can help us market our practice and reach new financial heights.

The position of marketing, correspondence and treatment coordinator is coming available in our practice and we need a rock star – someone who is energetic, smart and well-spoken, with a positive, can-do attitude. Excellent people and computer skills are a must. You will have complete oversight of our Social Media presence, website, and multiple other marketing initiatives, and you will have the support and assistance of the doctors and office manager.

Duties will include (comprehensive training provided):
1. Assisting both doctors with the administration of all ongoing marketing tasks and projects for the practice.
2. Performing the administrative piece of patient related correspondence with all referring offices.
3. Coordinating complex periodontal/implant treatment presented by the doctors for our patients, including communicating the cost of the treatment to the patients and handling all financial components and insurance related items.
