Everything listed is available. I try to update the list as I use it or sell it. I bought a few mixed lots recently so have a decent amount of local species.

This is my house shop located in 22207 zip code.

I have a limited amount of planed s4s lumber. Some smaller 6/4-8/4 pieces for parts mostly. Depending on my schedule I may be able to plane and joint for you for an additional fee. I have a 16” jointer with long infeed and out feed beds so I can surface your larger pieces for you if you have pieces that are too big for your own equipment. Price depends on size and my time.

Walnut - lots of s2s shorts up to about 5ft. Some a bit longer, but most had been at least skip planed. Some smaller off cuts, some planed up, great for smaller projects

Red Oak - smaller pieces s2s

White Oak - smaller pieces s2s

Maple - not much

Ash - small pieces mostly s4s

Cherry - lots of cherry in the rough. Most under 6ft and various widths.

Beech - out

I can cut to size for free. All the wood is great for tables, mantels, furniture, wood shelves or whatever you want! Some of the bigger stuff like the beams would be perfect for a fireplace mantel. The prices are well below board foot costs from dealers.
