Non-catalyst (catalytic converter) factory headpipes for 10-16 Touring models. Can be compared to Vance and Hines Power Duals Head pipes (2-1-2). Increases in torque and power without sacrificing the appearance or benefits of the factory set up. Eliminates the exhaust flow restrictions and heat caused by the catalyst material and allows the engine to "breathe". Near the torque and power ratings as the Vance and Hines "Power Duals" system according to dyno results and the tech's at Vance and Hines. In fact, Vance and Hines technical department recommends that you select the settings for their "Power Duals" system when re-mapping / flashing your ECM when using this set-up or almost any 2 into 1 into 2 (2-1-2) head pipe system map setting. You can still use your stock 12mm O2 sensors, factory heat shields and crossover pipe for a bone stock factory look. (Heat shields not included) We remove the catalyst material in a way that doesn't create any alignment issues like all of the others we've seen listed. These head pipes are $160.00 with exchange. A refundable $100 core deposit is required if you don't have a pipe to turn in @ the time of purchase. Installation available at additional cost. Contact us with any questions and/or concerns.
We still have a few (factory cat-free) sets with the larger 18mm O2 sensor bungs for auto tune systems (HD #66848-09 $495.68) so you don't have to weld in larger bungs for $275.
And 94-08 complete sets and y-pipes with and without the larger 18 mm bungs for auto tune systems and for those with a cracked y-pipe for $175 (Harley gets $385 just for the y-pipe).
