Job Summary:

Recovery Program Solutions of Virginia (RPSV) hires exceptional people who share our vision and values. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of duties and is supervised by the Senior Management Team. This position carries out responsibilities in a variety of areas.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Receives supervision by the Executive Director and Administrative Director;

Ensure timesheets, timecards, and leave slips are turned in when due;

Send out timely reminders to Program Coordinators stating when timesheets are due;

Receive timesheets, timecards, and leave slips; tally employee hours to ensure accuracy;

Scan in and send all timesheets, timecards, and leave slips to the Executive Director and Administrative Director for review by deadline;

Adhere to RPSV confidentiality policy;

Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems;

Receive completed draft calendars from the Centers and review them for accuracy – work with each Center to come up with the final version;

Take minutes for program related meetings and team meetings and ability to visit centers weekly to receive data and time sheets/ time cards;

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company;

Be the liaison with GURU for IT issues;

Maintain Go Daddy/365 Email system;

Perform other duties as assigned.
