Old Town tax firm seeks to hire a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant
Tasks will involve customer care, appointment scheduling, filing, scanning, management support, tax returns assembly (training will be provided), among other secretarial duties as assigned.
Candidate must be well organized, able to maintain focus for long periods of time, and work well independently. They must also be attentive to details, have initiative, and excellent work ethics, as well as be able to effectively time-manage and prioritize tasks.
The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Excel/ Word/ Outlook, and possess the ability to quickly learn new software and procedures.

Regular Schedule (Starting Immediately):
M – F: 9 am - 5 pm
*Tax Season (Feb 1 –Apr 15) Schedule:
M – F: 9 am – 7 pm
Sat : 9 am - 6 pm
