Administrative Assistant needed for a Mechanical / HVAC company in Sterling VA. We are a casual and comfortable environment with lots of opportunity to grow . A friendly and willing attitude and team player will go a long way in our company. Previous experience in office work and admin assistance is a MUST. We are looking for experienced and professional dispatcher / administrative person who works closely with our office manager. Your responsibilities would be mainly handling incoming calls and scheduling work in the scheduler software and coordinate with outside technician and customers.
* Assisting office manager with daily tasks, payable, receivable and response to customer inquiry
* Answering incoming calls and entering information into dispatching software.
* Provide high level of customer service over the phone and email.
* Must be detail oriented, excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
**Must have prior office administrative experience.
** Dispatching experience is a +PLUS
** Performance Bonus Opportunity
Pay rate: Depends on experience and performance. $17 - $25
