This newly created role will provide administrative support to a dynamic group of Executives in a busy Property Management group. The Administrative Assistant will schedule and coordinate meetings, serve as point of contact for Tenants, create and manage reports , process expense reports, edit lease contracts and documents, screen client calls and work closely with the Property Management team.
We are looking for a sharp candidate with 1-2+ years of administrative experience in a commercial real estate setting and excellent Ms Office skills. College Degree is preferred.
