Job Description Fast-paced, rapidly growing, home remodeling company is looking for a capable, proactive, cheerful, detail-oriented person to support the day-to-day operations of our business. Responsibility: Handling incoming calls must be professional in Microsoft office and Quick Book Fluent in speaking and writing English. Excellent “front-facing” skills. Scheduling appointments from multiple inquiry sources. Managing a digital filing system (excel and Google Docs heavy.)Greeting clients and visitors as needed, making them feel welcome and like a valued customer. Performing general office clerk duties and errands (maintaining documents, writing contracts, correspondence, paying bills, keeping common areas neat, maintaining office equipment as needed.)Create invoices on QuickBooks. Requirements: High school diploma or associate degree.7 years experience in a related field to home remodeling. Ability to work well under limited supervision.
