Shirlington-based consulting firm is looking for a part-time office administrative assistant (initially 8-10 hrs per week) to help support the Principal and office of 4-5 other team members. We are a growing construction project management firm with clients predominantly in the Metro DC area. Duties to include general business tasks (scheduling/billing/bookkeeping/filing). Prior experience in an office admin role, with some accounting experience preferred. Quickbooks, Excel and Word are a must. Attention to detail combined with a positive attitude is a must. Honesty, integrity and reliability are key. No construction knowledge necessary. Newly designed office suite and welcoming team environment!
