Office Manager Position (NOVA/DC-METRO) (Chantilly)

compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
employment type: full-time

Gas Fireplace / Outdoor Living installation and servicing company operating in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC is looking to fill an Office Manager position in the Chantilly, Va showroom location.

Prior experience in a service industry is required (Minimum 3 years).

Task Description:

-handling invoices and accounts receivable
-handling accounts payable
-scanning and/or copying administrative paperwork
-light accounting related tasks
-ordering supplies
-experience with Sales considered a plus

Requirements:

-excellent communication skills written and verbal in English
-----knowledge of additional languages would be considered a plus
-experience with computers for word processing, spreadsheets, emailing, etc.
-at least 3 years experience in a service industry (plumbing, heating, lawn maintenance, etc.)
-basic accounting skills for accounts receivable and accounts payable
-experience with QuickBooks considered a plus
