We are seeking a reliable and motivated Account Coordinator to support our Sales Department in a fast-paced construction environment. This is an entry-level, full-time position with growth potential.
Pay: $38,000–$42,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities include:
* Assist Account Managers with client communication and follow-ups
* Support sales projects with scheduling, documentation, and project details
* Help prepare proposals, estimates, and sales paperwork
* Coordinate information between sales, operations, and field teams
* Maintain accurate client and project records
Qualifications:
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Comfortable with email, basic computer systems, and CRM tools
* Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Prior sales support, customer service, or construction experience a plus (not required)
