Non-union Electrical Contracting company focused on commercial installations is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations team.
Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support to project managers and field teams
- Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and data entry
- Maintain accurate job files, permits, and compliance documentation
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate with vendors and clients
- Support payroll and billing processes by collecting and verifying timesheets and invoices
- Help coordinate material orders and deliveries
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment
Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in an office support or administrative role (construction or trade industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
