Now Hiring – Construction Project Coordinator / Client Support
Growing construction and restoration company seeking a motivated and organized team member for a full-time office support role.
Position Includes:
Project coordination
Client/customer support
Accounts receivable follow-up
Project closeout assistance
Documentation and administrative follow-up
Material purchasing support
Qualifications:
Construction industry knowledge required
Service industry experience is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Bilingual preferred
Experience with material purchasing preferred
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Schedule:
$18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time – 40 hours per week
