Position Overview:
Air Novations is seeking a reliable and organized Service Dispatcher to join our team. This role is essential in coordinating service operations by managing incoming customer requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring efficient workflow across multiple trades including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and food service equipment.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer calls and create service tickets
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority and availability
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and files
• Coordinate service calls across multiple trades (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, food service)
• Order parts and track job progress as needed
• Prepare invoices upon job completion
• Assist with basic marketing tasks and administrative support
• Maintain both digital and physical customer and billing records

Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to prepare cost estimates
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong listening skills, patience, and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with HVAC-PACK
• Familiarity with Fire-Line
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
