Listing Manager--Real Estate office (Alexandria)

This is a Part-Time position to start but will grow into Full-Time for the right candidate!

Responsibilities

This position consists of putting our extensive marketing plan in place for clients selling or renting out their homes and helping our Marketing Department with special projects
Going out to properties to take notes and photographs
Entering listings into the MLS
Writing enticing descriptions of properties
Making brochures
Coordinating with sellers, agents, and our Field Tech

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will:

Have great writing, spelling and grammar skills
Have a keen eye for photography
Be consistently accurate with data entry
Have a professional appearance and a relentlessly positive attitude
Have excellent customer service skills
Have solid time management skills
Be flexible and a quick learner with a good sense of humor
Enjoy learning new things
Have the ability to "think outside the box" and be pro-active with solving challenges
Be familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud
A marketing and/or communications background would be a definite plus
