A Construction Company is looking for an individual that can fill in our office assistant position. This individual must be FLUENT in Spanish and tech savvy. Also, must live in or near Manassas.
Individuals who can sell projects and bring potential clients to our company are welcome to send in your resumes. Currently looking for a person who has experience in the remodeling and construction business. Position requires generating emails, calls, and scheduling clients for estimates and following up with clients is a top priority!
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Exhibit impeccable phone skills with accuracy and good judgment in handling messages/callers. Assist with basic client issues and billing questions. Assist Office Manager as needed and can perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Please submit your hourly pay you are requesting, which will be considered. Please attach your cover letter (brief introduction of yourself), resume, and hourly pay requirements. This candidate must be able to utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft, Word, Excel, and Outlook, can read and write in both English and Spanish, and must be able to multi- task.
We are looking for someone with many hats, for we provide versatile services to our clients anywhere from fixing a leaky sink to remodeling the interior and exterior of an entire residence, so this person has to be very knowledgeable.
