The position requires the candidate to:
Create estimates / quotes
Prepare work contracts
Interact with clients via phone or in person
Assist owners with scheduling
Maintain filing system
Other office clerical duties
The right candidate must:
Be fluent in English and Spanish
Two or more years of administrative experience
Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office
Excellent organization and time management skills
