Mvix, a leading digital signage provider in the Dulles Technology Corridor, is offering an outstanding opportunity for an administrative coordinator.

The candidate will be part of a dynamic team of UI/UX developers, tech associates, support agents, and production associates, and will work on an exciting software product that was recently voted Best in Show at InfoComm 2017 and that also won the Best Software DIGI Award (2017). The software drives our SaaS model and cloud-based applications for digital signage solutions, video walls, and interactive kiosk systems.

Base Requirements Include:

• 5+ years in customer service
• 2+ years in project management
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work under time and cost constraints
• Experience creating statements of work
• Ability to assist cross-functional teams
• Pay and file bill payments, as required
• Assist with general office duties, ordering office supplies /equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Willingness to take-on additional tasks as assigned
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment
• Willingness to learn the scope of work and implement accordingly
• Coordinate with vendors and service provider
• Administrative and other duties as assigned

Preferred Requirements

• BS degree in Business, or Related Fields
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• Work experience with SaaS Company

Preferred Software Requirements

• Google Docs and Microsoft Office
• Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Salesforce or other CRMs
• PM Information Systems Tools

Weekly Utilization

• 50 % of the weekly hours will be dedicated to assist with Project Management
• 50 % of the weekly hours will be dedicated to assist with administrative tasks, as assigned
