Office Manager
We are seeking a positive individual to manage our office. Duties include but are not limited to:
assisting customers, answering phones, photocopying, filing, data entry, communicating with clients over the phone and via e-mail, drafting documents, assisting with scheduling/accounting, learn how to use and manage our in-house software (jackrabbit), ensure vans have gas, run errands for office supplies, ensure lobby is clean/tidy and other general office duties as assigned. This full-time or half-time position includes several hours per week monitoring children in our after school program and assisting them with homework and picking up students at local elementary schools. Hours include evenings and weekends from 2:00-8:30PM Monday through Friday and Saturday from 8:30AM - 5:30PM or Sundays from 11AM-7PM. This is a part-time or full-time hourly position. If part-time is desired, hours will be 2:30PM - 7:00PM Monday through Friday with the option of adding a weekend day and assisting with office tasks. Full-time position includes benefits. Individual must be energetic, detail-oriented and doesn't mind wearing a couple of hats. Being great with kids, well organized and flexible is a must.

Job Requirements:
High School or College Diploma
Able to provide satisfactory background check and driving record
Documented positive background working with children
Energetic with a can do attitude (a must)
Must have strong communication and written skills
