Job Duties:
-Prepare all documents associated with real estate closing
-Resolve property liens
-Communicate effectively with agents and lenders through real estate purchases
-Organize and manage documents and paperwork
-Managing updates with the title software database
-Provide receipts for earnest money deposits
-Input new orders into our title software database

Job Qualifications:
-Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a focus on customer service
-Completed Bachelor’s degree
-Process oriented and detail oriented
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-MS Office proficient
-Tech savvy and able to learn new software systems
-Looking for someone enthusiastic, driven, loyal, professional, and very organized
