Established local commercial Millwork company has an opening for Receptionist office Assistant full time position, job duties include Duties include answering phones, filing, collecting and sorting mail. Will be responsible for assisting Office Manager with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to include invoice processing and job costed data entry of vendor invoices. Employee time tracking verification, clock in-out payroll summaries.
-Good Verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
- Ability to multitask completing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Must be punctual and extremely organized and detail oriented
