Beautiful Baby Blue Quaker Parrot - Gender is unknown. Only about 5 months old. Due to unknown reason, it has only one leg, but it does not affect him at all, as he is healthy and functions well, including no problem perching. He is skittish, but not aggressive. A very gentle bird. To ensure that he goes to a good home, there is a rehoming fee of $200.
