1. We have an electric gate with a gate card for entry! Otherwise anyone can have access to your property stored. (Believe it or not the majority of so-called storage lots aren't even fenced in completely.)
2. We have trained live-in security; we make sure there are people on site 24/7. Not only that, but we also have 24/7 surveillance; we are equipped with recording security cameras and motion sensors with overhead lighting.
3. We have an R.V. Dump station free of charge so you can empty your R.V. holding tank when returning from a long trip.
4. We have an RV/Boat Wash Rack with a 30' long cat walk, 4' high, so you can pull alongside and wash your R.V. or Boat to get to the hard to reach places up high.
5. We have an L.P. Gas fill station on site. This alone will save you hours not having to travel to get your L.P. Gas.
6. Master Factory Trained and Certified Mechanics are here to service your Boat or R.V. on site....... We have the people, equipment, and knowledge to fix or solve any Boat or R.V. service issue!
7. Our on-site parts store has a fully stocked parts department and we offer discounts on all parts and labor (10-20% off) if you use our storage services.
