Title Company seeks bilingual receptionist and pre-processor.
Responsibilities include: answering telephones, greeting clients, opening title orders and contracts, ordering payoffs, ordering HOA dues, entering data, and assisting manager and other staff members.
•Fluent in Spanish and English, with solid communication skills both written and verbal.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

•High school degree or equivalent
•Ideal candidate will have prior experience working for a title company, but prior experience is not required.
