My 2 male housemates and I are looking for a clean, drama free, non-Smoking quiet, responsible, no pets, no parties, minimal use of alcohol and respectful professional to share our zen designer-decorated the house we are in. We are have a large clean spacious bright bedroom with high ceiling and dark wood flooring and private loft that can be used as an office or for meditation space. The Barth room is spa like and spacious and is shared when we have a guest in our guest room,but you have your own sink and vanity since it is a jack and Jill bathroom.it is available for short term or long term rental available Nov. 15 earliest. It is currently furnished with a luxurious comfy twin size day bed.
Rent is $1600 and includes Wi-Fi, cable if you have a TV, all utilities and maid service 1-2 times a month,
Laundry in basement, unlimited Kangen water and herbal teas, and parking on driveway.
Our home was 5 star home on Airbnb for over 10 years.
Our home is clean, zen and stylish because I am an interior decorator and wellness person. You are free to share the nice clean common areas dining, kitchen, living room, and library, and wood burning fireplace, and cute peaceful backyard as well.
