I have recently transitioned my 18 year old national consulting firm (7 offices nationwide) and licensed the model to consultants nationwide. Having completed this I am ready for my next venture or next chapter in my career. Currently I am seeking a CEO/President/VP Executive level position. I am open to employee or contract/ consulting projects in Executive Management, Sales Management or Business Development . My income requirement would be a combination of a base commensurate my experience and commission or performance bonus compensation plan. Profit sharing or an equity partnership stake would be welcomed as well.

I have held CEO, President, Executive Director, Senior Management and Partner Level positions for over 35 years overseeing sales and marketing departments and for the last 18 years have owned RainMaker Solutions Ltd., a consulting firm focused on business development and growing revenues for small businesses. I acted as interim Senior Level management for many of my clients including the titles listed above.

My expertise is in driving top line revenue for companies and I have extensive experience in Business Development and Sales Management having secured booked revenue in the millions for my clients. I have overseen sales teams locally from 5- 50 representatives and grew a National sales group to over 4500 contractors representing 49 states. Over 35 years of direct, hands on sales experience has made me a specialist in growing companies sales efforts on a national scale.

As a very successful consultant over the last 18 years I have worked with over 35 varied industries and business segments. I have gained a great deal of experience in leading companies to new levels of performance and have worked very closely with Entrepreneurs, Managers and Owners achieving their goals for growth.

My consulting firm, RainMaker Solutions Ltd. was focused on business development and therefore created, implemented and managed every facet of sales and marketing. I have now licensed that firm to my consultants across the country and thus am seeking new ventures. Within my firm, I acted as the "in house" Director of the Sales and Marketing functions for my clients and my compensation was mostly incentive based, allowing me to "have skin in the game" with my clients, prospering alongside of their business as we reached new performance levels. Created a sales team for the seminar division and managed in and outside sales nationwide. Nationally published author in several newsletters and responsible for creating new products to be offered to members. Produced $1,000,000+ in product and advertising revenue in first operational fiscal year for the seminar division.

Cassidy and Pinkard Commercial Real Estate Firm (1996 -- 1998)
Consultant and Vice President -- 2 year consulting contract- responsible for developing a mass marketing/telemarketing Program to generate new business, which yielded a net commission stream of $500,000 for the leasing team in a 12-month period and filled the prospect pipeline for a 5 year ongoing term.

Ginn and Associates: Financial Planning, Insurance and Investments (1993 -- 1996 merged with No. Va. Fin. Consultants below)
Partner and Vice President Sales and Marketing -- merged our two firms together-responsible for tripling new business acquisition with telemarketing and mass marketing approach Managed all sales and support staff and responsible for recruiting and training sales staff. Directly responsible for new business to business sales of corporate financial planning, Investment and employee benefits, target $5,000,000 - $500,000,000 in revenue.

Northern Virginia Financial Consultants Owner (1991 -- 1993)
Self-employed -- Opened my own firm- Sales of all insurance and investment products to small businesses and individuals. Created and managed a sales staff of brokers all over the mid- Atlantic region.

Perpetual Savings Bank: Financial Services Division (1989 -- 1991)
Manager -- Commercial insurance division, supervised all sales of insurance and investment products to bank clients and acquisition of new clients to cross-sell with the other bank divisions.
