Mechanical engineer with a solo commercial/residential practice for the past 8 years. Recently thinking about joining forces with one or more similarly situated architects/engineers to form a partnership, or at the very least defray expenses. I have generally worked from my home office for some time, but want space and colleagues - to bounce ideas off, business referrals, and as mentioned expense sharing.

I handle HVAC/plumbing system design for VA hospitals, embassies, commercial office spaces, residential, retail tenants, schools, churches, pharmacy clean rooms, restaurants, but experience in plenty of other architectural spaces as well. Focus has been on federal government projects, but for years I've taken-on side projects in my off-time.
If you're a solo architect, engineer, or small firm thinking about adding some capability, then simply let me know. Open to joining another architect or engineer so that we can get higher quality projects, or teaming with professionals in other practice areas to offer more services to existing clients.
Lastly, if the partnership idea doesn't work, open to subletting space from an architect or engineer in greater Richmond or the DC metro area at a reasonable rate.
Tell me a little about you and what you're thinking about ...
