We are looking for a dependable stock clerk to assist with warehouse and retail stock activities. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and efficiently, and are responsible for daily pick-up and delivery of mail and packages received at our warehouse or picked up at the USPS. Successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
This is a temporary part-time job through January 15, 2022.
Deliver and pickup daily USPS, UPS, FedEx and other mail and packages to interdepartmental locations
Keep all product and supplies safe and organized, report any discrepancies to Stockroom Supervisor
Pulls product and supplies as needed for selling floor per daily requests
Prepare product for selling floor, including unboxing, unwrapping, tagging, tickets, folding, etc.
Deliver product to selling floor to appropriate areas within the store
Pulls product for E-Commerce sales as directed
Assist with annual inventory
Assist with CVCC Warehouse special projects as needed
Assist in set-up and break down of special events as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
Warehouse or stockroom experience a plus
Attention to detail and focus is needed
Ability to work independently while following procedures given
This position requires standing, sitting, walking and using stairs
Ability to lift large and heavy objects
Excellent communications skills and the ability to work well with others
Flexible days and hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays as scheduled
Dependability and punctuality a must
