You get TWO bedrooms and a private bath. Living room, dining room, and kitchen are shared spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped (pretty much anything you might need to make a meal). 10x10 storage in the basement is included. Additional storage space available at an additional cost.
The bedrooms are freshly painted.

Previous roommates have used the larger room as their bedroom and the smaller room as an office, TV/gaming room, or storage room. Previous roommates have stayed 4 + years on average.

Background and credit checks are required. Minimum income ( $36,750) and minimum credit score of 650 to qualify (Credit Karma scores not accepted). The first month's rent and security deposit (one month's rent) are required to move in. The application fee is $50 and will be credited back on the first month's rent for the successful applicant. Rent is $1050 per month + half utilities (about $150 per month).
