* After 15-30-45 days will offer comprehensive market review comparing original market analysis to current data
* Coordinating the home-showing process with your family's needs in mind.
* Providing you a real-time transaction timeline. Check in any time to see where we are in the transaction
* Maintaining constant availability to buyers agents (phone never shuts off) and any interested party
* Presenting all offers, and advising you on the terms and contingencies contained within.
* Negotiating on your behalf for the best offer.
* Scheduling and coordinating completion of contingencies and inspections, and monitoring the buyer's loan process.
* Coordinating and supervising the preparation of all real estate closing documents, and guiding you through the closing process.
* During the entire listing, from start to finish, always representing YOUR best interests.
When you list your home with me, you can cancel your listing at any time, given a seven-day notice. I carry a strong opinion about real estate services: if you are unhappy with the service you are receiving, you should have the right to terminate your contract for working with that agent.
